As a Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for our families, children, and team. Your warm and caring nature will be essential in creating a positive atmosphere.

You will work closely with the centre leadership team to support the centre's operations and ensure that all systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome families, children, and team members in a friendly and professional way
  • Introduce new families and team members to the service, conduct centre tours, assist with enrolments and orientations
  • Use strong systems skills across Salesforce and Qikkids, manage enrolments and family accounts
  • Prioritise tasks to complete a range of systems-related jobs while managing phone, email, debt collection, and walk-in queries
  • Support the Centre using people and leadership skills as a key member of the Centre Leadership team
  • Liaise with maintenance teams and external suppliers to ensure the Centre remains clean and tidy
  • Display exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to handle difficult conversations

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain)
  • Police Check and PRODA Number (or willing to obtain)
  • Availability to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
