Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Housing Support Specialists.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality, personalised support to veterans and their families who are at risk of, or currently experiencing, homelessness across Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing individualised housing goals through case management plans.
  • Engaging with veterans and their families to identify and overcome homelessness barriers and meet their housing needs.
  • Providing safe and compassionate homelessness support that locates the veteran and/or their family at the centre of their support and service networks.
Qualifications and Experience

A degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, Health Sciences (or equivalent) is required.

Experience working in housing and homelessness services, with a strong understanding of relevant policies, support frameworks, and community resources will make your application competitive. Recent graduates and allied health professionals are also encouraged to apply.

Understanding of the ADF environment and its unique sensitivities is highly regarded.
