About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Chef to join our team in Sydney's CBD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and exciting food offerings that exceed our clients' expectations.

As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. Your passion for quality cuisine, combined with your ability to lead and mentor a small kitchen team, will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality dishes, with a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients. You will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring that our kitchen is efficient and well-run.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce a range of dishes and cuisines, from small bespoke creations to set menus
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Lead and mentor a small kitchen team

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef, preferably in a catering company. You will be passionate about creating and producing quality dishes, driven to achieve the highest standards in an efficient manner, and possess excellent time management and planning skills.
