Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development and submission of high-stakes proposals that drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for proposal submissions, leveraging industry expertise and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct market research, and create compelling content.
  • Manage proposal timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Maintain bid compliance and quality standards, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and consistent messaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Detailed knowledge of the Real Estate/Infrastructure/Construction sector, with ability to apply industry insights to proposal development.
  • APMP accreditation or equivalent certification, with commitment to ongoing professional development.
