The Role:

A strategic pursuit specialist is required to join the Global Pursuit Team in Sydney on a permanent basis. The team is passionate about generating profitable business for the firm, and this role will be responsible for developing win strategies and managing end-to-end pursuits.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with the Global Pursuit Team, the wider Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other stakeholders to support the development of bids and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement win strategies for strategic opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end pursuit process, including stakeholder engagement and project management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop bids and proposals
  • Provide technical capability and expertise in leading pursuits
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, based on complexity
