Job Title: Strategic Pursuit Lead

Location: Sydney

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pursuit Lead to join our global team in Sydney. As a key member of our Global Pursuit Team, you will be responsible for the development of win strategies and the end-to-end pursuit management of our most strategic opportunities.

You will work closely with the Global Pursuit Team, the wider Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners and other key stakeholders to develop bids and proposals. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement and project management will be crucial in successfully managing complex work-winning processes.

A strong technical capability, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this role. If you have a proven ability to successfully articulate themes, differentiators and benefits, and can effectively manage and engage key stakeholders, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop win strategies and lead the pursuit management of our most strategic opportunities
  • Work closely with the Global Pursuit Team and other stakeholders to develop bids and proposals
  • Manage complex work-winning processes, including stakeholder engagement and project management
  • Articulate themes, differentiators and benefits to key stakeholders
  • Effectively manage and engage key stakeholders in leading pursuits/bids
