The Opportunity:

Ashurst is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pursuit Lead to join our global team in Sydney. As a key member of our Global Pursuit Team, you will be responsible for the development of win strategies and the end-to-end pursuit management of our most strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement win strategies for high-value pursuits
  • Manage and engage key stakeholders in pursuit management
  • Collaborate with the Global Pursuit Team, Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners and other key stakeholders to develop bids and proposals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services or other relevant environments
  • Strong technical capability in leading pursuits including stakeholder engagement and project management skills and a proven ability to successfully manage complex work-winning processes
  • Extensive experience developing win strategies with an ability to successfully articulate themes, differentiators and benefits
  • Ability to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders in leading pursuits/bids along with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously (based on complexity)
  • Highly competent user of the Microsoft Office suite including Word and Powerpoint
