The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pursuit Manager to join our global team in Sydney. Our Global Pursuit Team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating a centre of excellence for strategic pursuits that drive profitable business for the firm.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of win strategies and the end-to-end pursuit management of project opportunities, as well as supporting panel opportunities for the Corporate practice. You will collaborate closely with the Global Pursuit Team, Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality bids and proposals.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to share bid and pursuit best practice, contribute to bid improvement and efficiency, and develop deep relationships with partner and CMG stakeholders within our Corporate practice.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities
  • Develop win strategies and manage the pursuit process for project opportunities
  • Support panel opportunities for the Corporate practice
  • Collaborate with the Global Pursuit Team, Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality bids and proposals
  • Share bid and pursuit best practice, contribute to bid improvement and efficiency
  • Develop deep relationships with partner and CMG stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services, or other relevant environments
  • Strong technical capability in leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Extensive experience developing win strategies with the ability to successfully articulate themes, differentiators, and benefits
  • Ability to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders in leading pursuits/bids, as well as manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Highly competent user of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint
