Transforming Sales Performance with Innovative Solutions

Sydney-based Smith+Nephew seeks an accomplished Sales Process and System Development Lead to spearhead the optimization of our CRM - Salesforce.com, and CRM Analytics business applications.

About the Role:

  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of business requirements and system utilization for CRM applications.
  • Ensure actionable KPI availability based on CRM data to drive sales organization efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business process improvements and develop solutions.
  • Drive consistent communication to provide status on work in progress.
  • Lead system proof of concepts and user acceptance testing for system enhancements or new system build.
  • Train end users, support queries, and increase adoption of implemented CRM systems.

What We Offer:
