About the Role

The Sales Systems and Process Effectiveness Analyst will play a crucial role in unlocking the full potential of our systems, such as Salesforce, to create a more seamless experience for our sales teams.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of process innovation and spearhead a great deal of change – asking the questions that nobody is asking and bridge the gap between current processes vs. best processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore and prioritise sales process improvements that place the salesperson at the centre and are related but not limited to simplification and process automation.
  • Engineer structured data capture that can be turned into valuable insights and reports.
  • Help the teams to leverage Salesforce as a communication tool and improve the ability to capture and log data such as meeting minutes.
  • Analyse how the teams are currently using the platform and where the opportunities are for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams to ensure Salesforce is used as a central hub for all sales activities.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to Salesforce usage and effectiveness.
  • Support the creation of training materials and resources to enhance Salesforce proficiency across teams.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams to help inform improvements.
  • Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other tools and systems.
