About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Systems and Process Improvement Leader to join our team at Commercial Group Services.

This role involves leading the optimization of Sales Systems, including Salesforce, to create a more seamless experience for our sales teams.

You will be responsible for managing a small team of Sales Systems and Process Analysts towards the collective goal of continuous improvement of sales processes and system usage.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the assessment, design, implementation, and embedding of improvements, ensuring that Salesforce is leveraged to its full potential.

You will also drive visibility and data quality of sales metrics, plan for what data is needed, and make it available in a way that makes the day-to-day of a salesperson seamless.

Additionally, you will help the teams to leverage Salesforce as a communication tool and improve the ability to capture information that is critical to the sales process.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure Salesforce is used as a central hub for all sales activities.

Staying up-to-date with Salesforce updates and innovations as well as innovative sales processes is crucial for success in this role.

Reporting to senior leadership on Salesforce effectiveness and impact on sales is also a key responsibility.

Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to Salesforce usage and effectiveness is another important task.

Supporting the creation of training materials and resources to enhance Salesforce proficiency across teams is also a key aspect of this role.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Systems and Process Improvement Leader with a proven track record of researching, developing, and implementing sales system process improvements.

Strong capability with data analysis and reporting tools is essential for this role.

A mindset of curiosity and a desire to innovate are also critical for success in this position.

People management experience is also highly desirable.

Industry experience in Saas, Print / Digital Media, or Real Estate is also beneficial.

Previous background in Consulting would be advantageous.
