About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead system development and utilization in ANZ. Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Planning, Sports Medicine, you'll collaborate with Sales Operations, Sales, and Marketing business functions to deliver technology solutions and services that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of business requirements and system utilization for our CRM - Salesforce.com, and CRM Analytics business applications.
  • Ensure actionable KPI availability based on CRM data to the sales leadership team to increase efficiency of the sales organization.
  • Lead ideation and high-level planning with stakeholders to improve business process and system needs, collaborating with IT partners to deliver against business priorities.
  • Drive consistent communication to provide status on work in progress.
  • Lead system proof of concepts and user acceptance testing for system enhancements or new system build.
  • Support analytics requests to ensure adoption and decisions from usage statistics.
About You

We're looking for an experienced professional with 8 years of experience working on sales process improvement, holding a Bachelor's/Master's qualification in a relevant field. Your expertise in SFDC, Excel, PowerPoint, Reporting/Dashboarding tools, and experience working with Salesforce.com application are essential.

You should have demonstrated impact in driving commercial excellence processes and executing commercial excellence projects in a matrix environment, as well as the management of complex commercial customer-facing projects.

Certification in SFDC administration is preferred but not required.
