Lead Generation Executive
We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Business Development Specialist to spearhead new sales opportunities. As a key member of our sales team, this individual will be responsible for generating new leads, selling innovative legal technology solutions to law firms and ASX listed companies, while working collaboratively with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and initiate new client relationships through extensive research, networking, referrals, events and personal outreach
- Reach out to prospective clients through targeted cold calls, emails and social media messages
- Collaborate closely with Sales Management to qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional support for existing accounts, in collaboration with the Delivery Team
- Promote and educate clients about legal services offerings
- Negotiate rates and deadlines with both prospective and current clients
- Ensure client satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer service
- Innovate and problem-solve to enhance the current offering and outreach strategy
- Educate clients through engaging CLE sessions and thought leadership initiatives
- Take on special projects or duties when required
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build meaningful and effective client relations, in person and over the phone
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective time management
