Job Title: Business Growth Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve business growth.
- Develop and implement new sales strategies and prospecting initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Grow the Sales Development team through recruitment, onboarding, and training of new members.
- Create strategic prospecting training programs and conduct weekly forecasting meetings to optimize pipeline creation.
- Foster an inclusive Sales organization that represents our company culture and values.
- Ensure development plans are in place for each team member, adapted to their individual needs, to enhance talent development within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive better outcomes for customers in APJ.
- Partner with sales leadership to create an agile organization that leverages decision frameworks to inform strategic direction and adapts quickly to changing market conditions.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
- Offer experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management.
- Have experience prospecting into various market segments and personas.
- Possess stellar problem-solving abilities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Possess the technical competency to understand our software and build great relationships with highly technical customers.
