Professional Hardship Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Professional Hardship Resolution Specialist to join our Contact Centre team at Bedford Park.
This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service to all customers, primarily within the hardships space. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team within a culture and working environment unlike any other. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing inquiries for existing customers relating to their mortgages
- Responding to customer queries with urgency and professionalism
- Dealing with hardship calls and providing solutions
- Continuously looking for opportunities to delight our customers
- Contributing to the development and improvement of customer experience
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling difficult calls or customers, along with high levels of empathy and resilience. You must be able to work professionally and empathetically when handling inbound and outbound calls, and possess a proven track record of strong customer focus and dispute resolution. Additionally, you should have a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to work a rotating roster between 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday.
