Role Overview

Randstad is now accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative to join one of Australia's largest banks within their Contact Centre team at Bedford Park. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide excellent customer service to all customers, primarily within the hardships space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inquiries for existing customers relating to their mortgages.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Deal with hardship calls and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to delight our customers.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong background in handling difficult calls or customers.
  • A high level of empathy and resilience.
  • The ability to work professionally and empathetically when handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proven examples of strong customer focus and dispute resolution.
  • A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work a rotating roster between 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday.
