We are seeking a senior business development professional to lead high-value deals and drive exceptional client outcomes.
This is a senior role for an experienced broker who can manage complex transactions, deliver outstanding results, and contribute to our firm's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Source, appraise, and manage high-value business listings
- Conduct detailed business valuations and prepare professional information memoranda
- Negotiate and close transactions with vendors, buyers, and advisors
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from listing to settlement
- Build and maintain strong networks to generate ongoing deal flow
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience as a Business Broker
- Strong track record of closed transactions and revenue generation
- Exceptional financial acumen and business analysis skills
- Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and relationship management ability
- Resilient, driven, and highly motivated by success
- High commission structure with uncapped earnings potential
- Premium marketing, lead generation, and admin support
- Access to a large, qualified buyer database
