Key Responsibilities
  • Source, appraise, and manage high-value business listings
  • Conduct detailed business valuations and prepare professional information memoranda
  • Negotiate and close transactions with vendors, buyers, and advisors
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from listing to settlement
  • Build and maintain strong networks to generate ongoing deal flow
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience as a Business Broker
  • Strong track record of closed transactions and revenue generation
  • Exceptional financial acumen and business analysis skills
  • Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and relationship management ability
