Key Responsibilities:- Drive sustainable business growth and revenue targets in collaboration with senior directors.
- Maintain and foster strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat and long-term contracts.
About the Ideal Candidate:
Essential Requirements:- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or tendering roles.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience working in the QLD MEP Construction/Services industry.
- A proven track record in developing and maintaining professional networks.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into successful outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven history of tender writing and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Current unrestricted Australian driver's license.
