Dedicated Spiritual Leader Wanted

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pastor to lead our English congregation. The ideal candidate will have strong spiritual leadership skills and be able to provide guidance and support to our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Preaching and Teaching: Develop and deliver engaging sermons, teach Bible studies and discipleship classes to promote Christian growth and maturity.
- Shepherding the Flock: Provide pastoral care, visit members, and offer support during times of need.
- Leadership and Guidance: Oversee, guide, and train ministry teams, including fellowship groups, youth, and Sunday school ministries.
- Baptism, Membership, and Marriage Preparation: Conduct classes as required.
- A theological degree from a recognized seminary or Bible college.
- A permanent resident or citizen of Australia.
- A National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Meet the qualifications of an elder as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
- Be of good standing within the church and wider community.
- Demonstrate a teachable spirit, willingness to learn, and ability to work under authority.
- Exhibit authentic servant-hearted leadership and a collaborative approach.
- Show a life marked by prayerfulness, grace, and the transforming power of God.
