Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced educator to join our team, bringing a holistic view of Spiritual Wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive and organised approach, highly effective communication skills with the ability to influence and confidently engage with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and support wellbeing programs across all service streams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the community to facilitate strategy initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of Spiritual Wellbeing programs and services.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in religious education, pastoral care, theology, pastoral counselling, psychology, chaplaincy or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage people, build relationships and problem solve.
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of spiritual/pastoral care services.
  • Spiritual maturity and ability to appreciate differing value systems, beliefs and practices.
