Spiritual Leader for Seniors Communities

About this role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spiritual Leader to provide spiritual leadership in our villages, and to provide emotional support to the village community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and conducting church services and providing one to one pastoral care to residents, their families and the staff within villages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a Christ centred pastoral approach and being an example of Christian living.
- Supporting residents with their spiritual needs and facilitating their ongoing spiritual growth.
- Overseeing the ministry of a part-time Pastoral Carer.
Requirements for success include:
- Relevant Theological training and ordination by the Archbishop of the Sydney Diocese of the Anglican Church.
- Maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality and reliability.
- Being a loyal, humble, teachable, generous and servant-hearted leader.
