Spiritual Care Leader

The Pastoral Care Coordinator will provide spiritual care and support to clients and their families, as well as lead a team of pastoral care volunteers. This is a permanent part-time role, working 22.8 hours per week, with three days per week, one of which must include Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities- Provide spiritual care and support to clients and their families
- Lead a team of pastoral care volunteers
- Develop tailored resources and ideas to enhance the spiritual wellbeing of clients and families
- Communicate and build trust by developing relationships with staff and volunteers
- Strong understanding and experience of people living at home with life-limiting illness, including dementia, and journeys of grief and bereavement
- Experience in palliative care desired
- Strong personal and active Christian faith and church involvement
- Theological/Pastoral Care qualifications and experience
