Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and spiritual support to our staff and their families through listening, prayer, and pastoral guidance.
  • Develop and implement strategies for promoting spiritual growth and emotional wellness among our staff.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and events that foster a strong sense of community and camaraderie among our staff.
  • Collaborate with our leadership and other departments to develop and execute programs and initiatives that promote the spiritual health of our organisation.
  • Build relationships with the local communities we serve and provide pastoral care and support as needed.
  • Serve as a representative of our values and mission, both within our organisation and in the communities we operate in.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek individuals with cross-cultural experience, proficient English skills, and excellent listening abilities. Familiarity with our organisation and previous mission field exposure are advantageous.
