Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to expand your human resources knowledge and learn from some truly inspirational leaders. Reporting into the People Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and will be responsible for all administration for the complete employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team with recruitment and people movement.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Manage the People Inbox.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will be a real go-getter and will enjoy working in a supportive fast-paced environment. You will have great attention to detail, be ambitious, show initiative, and have a willingness to learn.

Additionally, you will be warm and engaging with excellent communication skills. You will be across payroll coordination, L&D activities, KPI and performance, and have an opportunity to facilitate.
