About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Lifecycle Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the day-to-day cadence of our People Operations team, reporting directly to our People Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive People experience, with solid experience in performance management and employee relations. They will also have a heavy commercial focus and a proven track record of developing and implementing People programs that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and continually evolving our global onboarding process from acceptance to first day
  • Providing support and guidance across the full employee lifecycle
  • Continuing to build out engaging tools to allow our staff to self-help
  • Actively involved in managing staff performance, including owning the probation management process
  • Assisting with cyclical activities such as annual and mid-year performance review, compensation review, compensation benchmarking, eNPS, etc.
  • Generating people metrics reporting, assisting to share actionable insights with managers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive People experience
  • Solid experience in performance management and employee relations
  • Heavy commercial focus and a proven track record of developing and implementing People programs that support business objectives
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to influence across all levels
