Job Title: Employee Lifecycle Support Specialist

About the Role:

  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, including medical screenings and background checks
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in human resources, administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
