Our team is seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a key leadership role. As the People Administration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle process. This includes managing employee records and systems, ensuring accurate and timely HR transactions and payroll communications, and maintaining compliant and up-to-date employee records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the People Administration Officer
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR transactions and payroll communications
  • Maintain compliant and up-to-date employee records

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in HR administration and is passionate about service excellence and continuous improvement. You will have the chance to work closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive process improvements and implement best practices.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of employment law and NES
  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle processes
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
