Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct job evaluations using established methodologies and support position description reviews
  • Respond to queries via ticketing systems and maintain accurate records
  • Support policy and procedure reviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused outcomes
  • Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage sensitive information in line with privacy and confidentiality standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR advisory across diverse organisations
  • Skilled in performance management and fitness for duty support
  • Proven experience in job evaluation methodologies (trained)
  • Strong understanding of HR legislation, policies and agreements
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and adaptable to change
  • Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset
