Workforce Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity for two professionals to join a growing team offering HR Operational services across Queensland.

We are seeking individuals with proven interpersonal and relationship management skills, able to provide excellent customer service and represent the organisation in a positive light. They will also be able to learn and adapt quickly to new functions and systems as the business continues to grow and improve.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation that supports the employee lifecycle
  • Provide effective and accurate correspondence related to this process
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide HR support and operational services
  • Assist managers and applicants with recruitment functions and ensure day one readiness for new employees and managers
  • Maintain employee data and documentation to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Finalise employee records within our payroll system as part of a streamlined recruitment process
  • Process inbound and outbound enquires using a range of business systems
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A certificate IV in Business or Administration (or demonstrated equivalent experience)
  • Strong administration, written and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A high level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Well-developed time management skills, including the ability to effectively adapt to changing priorities
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Previous experience in a HR Administrator role is desirable
