Drive Organizational Success as a Learning and Capability Lead

- Develop and implement effective learning strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Maintain and enhance the capability framework to ensure it remains relevant and impactful.
- Design and implement performance frameworks that support talent development and organizational success.
- Lead the development of a skills taxonomy that aligns with the organization's job family framework.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience leading learning and development teams or similar roles in complex organizations.
- Expertise in learning strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Ability to manage learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
- A deep understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including the 70:20:10 model.
