Learning and Capability Lead

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience leading learning and development teams or similar roles in complex organizations.
  • Expertise in learning strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Ability to manage learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
  • A deep understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including the 70:20:10 model.
