About the Role:- Lead the design and implementation of onboarding and core learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities
- Develop scalable frameworks that support job-ready capability across career pathways
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Design and develop high-quality learning content and experiences
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver learning initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and prioritize learning solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional methodologies, and LMS platforms
- Experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
