Job Title: Learning Experience Manager

This is a leadership opportunity to drive the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences that align with strategic priorities and industry trends.

The successful candidate will lead the development of scalable frameworks and job-ready programs that support career pathways and foster a culture of continuous learning.

About the Role:
  • Lead the design and implementation of onboarding and core learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities
  • Develop scalable frameworks that support job-ready capability across career pathways
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop high-quality learning content and experiences
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver learning initiatives
  3. Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and prioritize learning solutions
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional methodologies, and LMS platforms

  • Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
