Senior HR Business Partner Opportunity

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources function. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial business across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with functional leadership teams to identify strategic organizational opportunities, talent development needs, and culture engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop business-oriented solutions to drive organizational change and improvement.
  • Drive the development and execution of organizational design needs and provide change management support.
Talent Management:
  • Partner with Talent COE to build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
  • Facilitate the planning and lead the execution of global Talent Management processes.
Learning & Development:
  • Lead the delivery of learning and development initiatives in coordination with the Campari University team and regional COE.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate customized training programs to close capability gaps.
Reward and Recognition:
  • In partnership with the HRD and Reward COE, support the evolution and day-to-day management of position and compensation structures.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
  • Lead the analysis and action planning of employee engagement survey results in partnership with leadership teams.
General HR Operations:
  • Support compliance of internal HRIS data and ensure data integrity.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvement initiatives within HR to drive efficiencies and improve quality of services and deliverables.
