Job Description:
This is a leadership role responsible for shaping global retail strategy and driving business growth through high-performing teams. As Senior Planning Manager, you will own the strategy, financials, and performance of a flagship category, delivering results while building capability in your team.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Senior Planning Manager in high-volume, fast-paced retail with strong commercial acumen and full financial ownership of large categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and steer strategy for category growth and profitability
- Owning and reforecasting OTB, ensuring commercial targets are hit
- Leading all planning functions: category, option, replenishment, store grading, and planograms
- Managing WSSI, inventory targets, and promotional calendars
- Cross-functional collaboration to create data-led, customer-first trade strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Planning Manager in high-volume, fast-paced retail
- Strong commercial acumen with full financial ownership of large categories
- Deep expertise in WSSI, OTB, and advanced Excel (macros, pivots, V-lookups)
- Demonstrated success coaching and leading high-performing teams
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and influencing strategy
