About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the weekly business review of our eComm platforms, connecting customer, category, and pet performance to surface key insights and opportunities.
  • Analyze site data and experimentation results to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing conversion, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities across categories to ensure customers discover and purchase a wide variety of products, using insights to guide Category, Product, and Marketing teams toward growth.
  • Champion continuous improvement through data-driven experimentation, designing and analyzing A/B tests to improve customer journeys and digital assets.
  • Translate insights into clear reporting, dashboards, and stories that influence trading, personalisation, and product roadmaps.
  • Explore and evaluate emerging tools such as AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics platforms to improve scalability and automation of insights.
  • Maintain accurate measurement frameworks that are tied to commercial and customer outcomes.
