A Challenging Role Awaits YouWe are seeking an accomplished Category and Revenue Manager to drive growth and innovation in our business. As a key player in dynamic categories like Laundry & Home Care and Hair, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies and disruptive solutions to grow our future-led businesses.
What You Will Achieve:
- Build strong relationships with key customers to drive growth and share aspirations.
- Lead the category review process for key customers, providing detailed performance metrics and recommendations for mutually beneficial objectives.
- Provide robust business cases to quantify innovation plans in relevant categories for the Australian market.
- Align with account teams to support quarterly planning through delivery of category insights.
- Champion the voice of the shopper by maximising investment and ROI of data investments in Australia.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven years' experience in FMCG category development team leadership role with an understanding of category management and NRM.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Ability to identify opportunities through shopper behaviour analysis and bring them to life using instore and online category levers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to sell and influence at all levels.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
