Job Overview

The Village Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the operational aspects of our Stayover Village. This entails managing service partners, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of accommodation, and fostering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all village operations, including accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds management.
  • Lead and manage contractors, service providers, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional village services.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with company policies, HACCP food safety standards, and site HSE regulations.
  • Respond to emergencies and guest needs during designated on-call hours.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, local marketing, supplies, and procurement for maximum village profitability.
  • Foster community integration and promote local engagement through events and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership/management roles, preferably within hospitality, facilities, or remote workforce accommodation.
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of managing stakeholders at various levels.
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
