We are seeking an experienced Village Operations Director to oversee all day-to-day village operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
As a Village Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
- Strategically managing contractors, service providers, and subcontractors to drive operational excellence.
- Maintaining compliance with policies, HACCP food safety standards, and site HSE regulations.
- Responding to emergencies and guest needs during rostered on-call hours.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimizing budgets, local marketing, supplies, and procurement for maximum village profitability.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of leadership/management experience, preferably in hospitality, facilities, or remote workforce accommodation.
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, or similar.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the confidence to manage stakeholders at all levels.
