Village Operations Director

As a Village Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day management of our residential village. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive operational excellence, ensuring exceptional standards of service and quality of life for residents.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operations and administration of the village, including staff supervision, budgeting, and maintenance coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident experience, focusing on policy development, program creation, and service delivery.
  • Supervise the provision of various village services, such as catering, housekeeping, and leisure activities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Foster a positive community culture by addressing resident concerns, facilitating social events, and promoting collaboration among residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation governing residential villages.
  • Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior management within the hospitality or residential aged care sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proven financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Thorough understanding of industry regulations and legislation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as business management, hospitality, or aged care.
