Dynamic Leader for Retirement Village

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our retirement village, overseeing daily operations and resident wellbeing. As a Retirement Village Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the village, ensuring high standards are maintained in maintenance, gardening, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the operational aspects of the village, including safety and security protocols
- Foster a dynamic and inclusive community built on professionalism, mutual respect, and open communication
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, residents, and their families, as well as other teams and contractors
- Previous operational experience working in Retirement Living essential
- Customer service and managerial experience highly regarded
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload and achieve objectives
- Collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members
