Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a village, ensuring seamless delivery of services and facilities management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, providing exceptional leadership and customer service.

The Village Manager will be accountable for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and administration. This includes overseeing catering, facilities maintenance, and mine site cleaning.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of approximately 50 employees.

Frequent travel to site will be required as per a FIFO roster.

The Village Manager will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results, exceeding client expectations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
