The available position is for a highly skilled Onsite Property and Village Care Leader. This role involves onsite management of a small retirement village, ensuring seamless interactions with residents, tradespeople, and the property body.

Duties:
  • Liaise with residents, tradespeople, and the property body to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years' experience as either an onsite property manager or agency property manager
  • Professionally presented, reliable, and with a friendly and approachable nature
