We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retirement village, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for our residents.
This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to work in a co-located facility with an Aged Care home, providing a supportive environment and diverse challenges.
- Lead Our Retirement Village: As the Retirement Village Director, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of our village, including staff supervision, resident engagement, and community management.
- Develop and Implement Strategies: You will identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies to enhance the quality of life for our residents, aligning with industry standards and national accreditation requirements.
- Maintain High-Quality Service: Your focus on customer service, financial management, and compliance will ensure that our village remains a benchmark for excellence in aged care.
- Foster Strong Relationships: You will build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.

- Has proven experience in managing retirement village operations, with a strong track record of success.
- Possesses excellent leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
