About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our Retirement Village, ensuring excellence in service delivery and achieving occupancy targets.

This leadership position requires proven experience in retirement living, hospitality, property, or health-related sectors, with strong sales acumen in business-to-consumer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day village operations in accordance with relevant legislation and accreditation standards
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed occupancy targets
  • Create and deliver social activities and events to enhance resident wellbeing
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and the Resident Committee
  • Manage budgeting, resource planning, and strategic initiatives for the village
  • Promote a culture of customer service, safety, and community engagement

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A sound understanding of relevant legislation, preferably with experience under the Retirement Villages Act
  • Financial literacy, including experience in budgeting and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older Australians
