Financial Operations Coordinator

Are you looking for a role where you can utilize your organizational skills to effectively manage the daily operations of a cash office? As a Cash Office Cashier, you will play a vital part in maintaining the overall financial management and customer service within our business.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this position include:
- Facilitating cash office and in-park float requirements to ensure all department needs are met on a daily basis
- Balancing daily cash takings
- Maintaining the overall cash office float
- Facilitating activities to ensure compliance with company governance and audit expectations (cash/wage advance approvals, daily float sign in/out sheets etc)
- Attending to the cash office window
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will need to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Your previous experience in cash handling procedures and ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail will be crucial in this role.

- Previous experience in cash handling procedures
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task & meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong accounting and reconciling skills
- Intermediate computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office
