Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable professional to spearhead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate financial transactions, ensuring seamless interactions with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Invoice accurately and promptly finalize accounts.
- Raise credit notes and manage debt collection, including arranging payment plans.
- Perform monthly reconciliations against financial records, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Candidates should have 3-5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, with a solid understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and debt management. They should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate a proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements- Proficiency in XERO is essential.
- Experience with Total Synergy and Microsoft TEAMS is desirable.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and Pivot Tables.
