**Accounts Receivable Officer Role**We are seeking a professional with excellent financial operations skills to join our team.About the JobThe ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate financial processes, ensuring seamless transactions, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stakeholder interactions to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Invoice processing, ensuring accuracy of fees, and promptly finalizing accounts.
  • Raise credit notes and manage debt collection, including arranging payment plans.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations against financial records, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you should have:
  • 3-5 years' Experience in Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and debt management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • XERO Experience essential.
  • Total Synergy experience – desirable.
  • Proficiency with IT systems, including Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and Pivot Tables.
  • Microsoft TEAMS experience – desirable.
  • Confidence to contact clients via phone to discuss their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve client issues and deliver high-quality service.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
