As the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions. Your responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end receivables process, guaranteeing timely and accurate processing of customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit control, collections and reconciliations.
  • Process and allocate income payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare and distribute regular debtor reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist in month-end closing processes.
  • Support the broader finance team as required.
