About the Role:

Gough Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the right-hand person to our visionary leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule with precision, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, reporting, and data entry
  • Assist with sales recruitment, administration, and other business priorities
  • Manage the CEO's appointments and provide exceptional service to staff and clients

Requirements:

  • Extensive administration and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and strive for excellence
  • High level of customer service and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting a Director/CEO in a leading property or real estate company
