About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic real estate environment. As the right-hand person to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-manage the CEO's diary and ensure seamless communication with internal teams
  • Manage and filter all emails and correspondence from clients, providing exceptional service
  • Prepare for meetings and presentations, documenting and reporting leads
  • Support with sales recruitment administration and assist with various departments to efficiently manage business priorities and projects
  • Manage the CEO's appointments and provide exceptional service to staff and clients

Requirements:

  • Extensive administration and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work within deadlines
  • Experience supporting a Director/CEO in a leading property or real estate company
  • Punctuality, high organization, and attention to detail are essential
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and strive for excellence
  • High level of customer service and a proactive approach to supporting the CEO
