IT Support Specialist

At Mounties Group, we are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and members.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT Help desk support and network management role, with knowledge and experience in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and virtual infrastructure. They will also possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, advanced network diagnosis and troubleshooting, and the ability to multi-task and work against multiple priorities.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving helpdesk requests, assisting with day-to-day system troubleshooting, maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, and performing installations and software upgrades. You will also be responsible for providing printer, laptop, and mobile device support, as well as assisting in the coordination and implementation of system updates.
